Simple shackles. There honestly is not a lot to go wrong, but Iβll cover what could, and how these did for me.Threading: Iβve had shackles before where the threading was not ideal, and was a bugger to mount. These were not! These threaded well and only needed a tool to finish tightening (otherwise I hand threaded most of the way).Finish: the blue color has held up well after mud and dirt and several high pressure car washes, not to mention run of the mill road debris. No chipping after months of use.I cannot yet attest to strength as Iβve not yet got my Jeep stuck to where I need to put these to the test. They seem solid and weighty. This also is a question mark on the durability of the finish, as I donβt know if itβll hold up to the solid tug of a tow/snatch strap. I guess this rating is therefore based on installation and aesthetics, and those get high marks. If I end up ever actually using them, Iβll amend this review accordingly.

Seem pretty solid. The color seems to be baked in really well. Shackles came double-boxed with the free gloves put in between the shackles so they didnβt rub together.The blue is nice and bright and they shipped quickly. Havenβt actually pulled with them; I would probably use a β β shackle I have to do that because I wanted these for their color.Very happy with purchase, and the follow-up from the company was a nice touch.

These are nice shackles for the price. The only negative thing i have to say about them is the powder coating went from a nice shiny look to a dull chalky look after being on my jeep for only 3 or 4 months.

Hoping this will keep the front recovery shackle from banging around on the 4Runner at Silver Lake. It looks like it will do the job based on the at home test fit. My first impression is that this might be great product for the money…

Small rings were not ease to line up. They were too tight for my D rings.

The inserts installed into my shackles easily. However the washer type spacers all required modification to fit as they were way too thick. I had to sand down all the spacers on my belt sander in order to make them fit.
