The quality of the material is worth the money however the fit is very small from what the size says during purchase. Please buy at least 1 size up from what you expect. Otherwise great life vest!

This fit my tall 6 year old (62 pounds, US size 8-9 clothes) well. She wore it all day for sailing and camp on the seashore without complaint. It looks like new after 3 weeks of camp.

My daughter is nine years old and 51 pounds. She finally got brave enough to try tubing this summer. I wanted something that would not scratch her sensetive skin and be comfortable to wear forall day boating adventure. The hot pink is a bonus, I believe it would help keep her visible if she were to fall off the tube.
