   The paddles are very well made and have no play when connected. I have used them for 100+ hours and have not found one negative thing about them. They are light and have 3 different settings that can accommodate different paddling styles. This is the second pair we have bought, one 230 cm and also a 220 cm. I believe they will go the distance. Oh yeah, the wife even attempted to crush one by accidentally shutting the garage door on it. The paddle was in an old fish tank and was standing upright directly underneath the garage door. The garage door was shut on it 3 times before I realized what was happening (because the paddle was bowing). I went and looked at the paddle that was in perfect condition. It took a beating and still paddles as it was brand new. The shaft did not permanently bend and the paddle itself never showed long-term signs of being bent. Pretty good if you ask me. Check the warehouse deals as I believe I got one pair for around $60.00 free shipping.

   Honest opinion – May 15, 2020

   I like that this paddle is lightweight, I’m only 5’3” and thought that this would be a good length for my kayak, but it is definitely too short and would recommend a longer one.I ordered another oar at less than 1/2 the price of this and liked it just as well, it even included a paddle leash which this did not. (It’s important you order the leash as I almost lost my oar while kayaking).

   I LOVE this paddle. It’s comfortable to hold and use for long days out on the water. Being available in so many fun colors was an added bonus for me!It held up well to an adventure paddle around brush and in shallow water, including pushing off the bottom of the creek and in gravel.I really can’t say enough good things about this paddle!

   The paddle I ordered didn’t work out for me. My interpretation of the description was different from the Seller’s. However, I returned the paddle and the Seller made the process very easy with no hassles.

   I’ve really enjoyed using this paddle. I ocean kayak and get through the small wake just fine. The rubber stoppers on the handle work great for keeping my hands dry!

   I live on a river and kayak frequently, at 140cm perfect for my 13 ft kayaks. My first pair of Carlisle are still in working order after 22 years of use and abuse. An excellent product and value. Highly recommend

   Got to use my new Magic Plus paddle yesterday and I love it. Within the first few strokes I could tell a big difference in propulsion and responsiveness. I had to laugh after I had paddled a little over 3/4 mile and overtook several other kayaks and the gentleman asked me if I had a little motor on my kayak or was I just that fast. I finished my circuit of the lake and was back to the boat launch quite a bit faster than normal. I think I may go ahead and order another paddle for my older kayak.

   Very easy to assemble and break down. Most important great for kayaking. My only experience has been lake kayaking and it has worked perfect. Also the seaglass color scheme is amazing.
