I ordered this Fishing Shirt with “Intelligent Fresh” and “Instant Cooling” for Men by BOELTWIN because I liked the way it looked on the Product Page. Now that I have it, I can fully appreciate its other qualities.This shirt is amazingly comfortable. The material, which is a blend of 92% Polyester and 8% Spandex, feels quite unique. In fact, it almost feels like soft rubber. But it is very soft – especially so — and feels cool and light on the skin. The Product Page says that it protects from harmful rays of the sun and that it can keep you odor free, even if you are a person who is especially active in bright sunlight. I’m not sure that there is any way to gage those properties, but the fabric feels so….different from other fabrics that I’m sure it’s quite possible.A fabric blend of Polyester and Spandex is a good guard against shrinkage. I rarely order anything with a high Cotton content anymore, because of the shrinkage factor. I find that Polyester usually does not shrink at all, if washed in the recommended manner of a machine wash in cold water, a warm dryer and prompt removal from those laundry machines. The easy care and no-shrink properties are the main reason why I love Polyester / Spandex blends.And whatever its other attributes, I find that I like the way this shirt looks when I see it on myself in the mirror. That’s why one orders any piece of clothing to begin with, isn’t it?I am very, very happy with this Fishing Shirt and I recommend it very highly. My rating is a full, enthusiastic Five Stars.

The fabric material feels cool. Even though it says fishing shirt, I would like to wear it when I go hiking, biking or play badminton. Hope the sun-proof functioning well.

I am 5’7″ at 190 lbs — the shirt received was a Large. It fits me very well, except it is a couple inches too long.Polyester has many advantages and disadvantages, and it is most widely used for active wear.PROS- Does not shrink as much- Quick drying- Inexpensive- Flexible and strong (does not need ironing)- Looks good- ComfortableCONS- Slightly too long for my body- Not as breathable as cotton- When wet, the shirt will stick to your bodyOverall, like any other 100% (or near-100%) Polyester shirt, this is a great, active wear piece of clothing. It is comfortable, durable, and inexpensive, and had it been a bit shorter in length, this would have been a perfect shirt for my body size and type.

Great feel on your skin and I like the 1/4 zip…I brought a SM size..thinking the stretch nature of the material would compensate if it was a little small…..but No, it turns out to a little big…maybe It will shrink a little in the wash….otherwise recommended..

If you’re going to be out in hot weather and also need to have a shirt on, this is one of the good ones. No shirt is as cool as not wearing any shirt at all, but shirts like this are much cooler than cotton shirts. I’ve got shirts like this from multiple brands and I use them for working in the yard and for mountain biking. Here in the “Valley Of The Sun” Arizona you need something to protect you from sunburn that also doesn’t trap much heat.
