New England Rope can be counted on for consistent top quality lines. I have long used Sta-Set line for running rigging and appreciate its durability and low stretch.This line is splicable, although that does take some skill. You can find instructions on the New Englad Ropes website and they have videos posted online.Anyone unfamiliar with the various materials and construction methods used in New England Rope products can find information on its website to ensure you select the best product for your use. Know that not all ropes are equal, and not all materials and construction methods will be appropriate for all uses. For example, if you want something with even less stretch you might select Sta-Set X line, if you want more stretch you might want a nylon line rather than this polyester.

Low stretch easy on your hands and lasts a very long time. Perfect for sheets and halyard on my sailboat. Not to be used for anchoring or deck lines where high stretch rope is needed to reduce shock loads to your boat.
